We manufacture laboratory sieves from Ø 60 to Ø 600 mm made in AISI 304 stainless steel with metallic mesh or perforated plate.

Metallic meshes are made in AISI 316 stainless steel according to the standards UNE 7050-3, ISO 3310-1 y ASTM E11. The perforated plates are made in AISI 304 stainless steel according to the standards UNE 7050-4, ISO 3310-2 and ASTM E323.

All sieves are verified according to a strict process that allow us to guarantee the unit technical requirements. Each laboratory sieve has a manufacture certificate acording to the standard EN 10204 2.1 for free.

Our advanced marking system consists of an unalterable laser engraving that resists to external abrasive agents used during the sieving.

Every test sieve has a unique serial number which guarantees the traceability.

Filtra air jet sieves have the same characteristics. The have a slot to put the methacrylate lid and a rubber joint to guarantee a correct vacuum.

Also we manufacture stainless steel receivers and lids that are totally compatible with the sieves.

In addition, we can make an specific and deeper test in our laboratory, accredited by ENAC, which certifies the conformity of the metallic meshes and perforated plates according to the manufacture standards.
