Air jet sieve shaker

The FTLBA air jet sieve shaker is used to particle tests separation. Measuring range is between 0.005 to 0.040 mm.

It has a polyurethane resin framework with an electronic unit control provided of an operation time system and a vacuum indicator.

It works with special air jet sieves with a rubber joint and designed to ensure the water tighness, helped for a methacrylate lid to obtain an optimum power aspiration.

Also it has a manual regulation valve to do the tests in same conditions of time and aspiration.

All our machines are made accordint to European Common Directives so, they have the CE mark. We deliver them with the operation instructions manual and the CE declaration of conformity.

The FTLBA air jet sieve shaker can be sold with the vacuum cleaner NILFISK GM80. It is the most indicate machine to air jet sieving tests and it is able to create the decrease of pressure needed for the tests (20 kPa maximum).
